OK!!...So it's been a few weeks since I've blogged on here so here I am blogging again!...and with wonderful news that I have lost a total of 6.2 pounds...YUP!! 6.2 pounds baby!!....last week was a pound and half that I lost. I wanted to lose 2 pounds for this week but that's ok I'm happy with the results! :)) I have been working out hard the past 2 weeks. I did my first 6am work out this morning (2/7/12) and it was exhilarating and I had the endorphins going all day today. I think I see more 6am work outs in my future.
And tonight I got one of my co-workers to join Weight Watchers with me. He had been asking about it and asking me how I am doing on the program. He wanted to come with me to a meeting so he did and I'm so proud of him because now he is on his way to success!! Way to go Bear!!! So....no more eating junk food for us!! And you know what??...I DON'T MISS IT!!
So, my plan is to do 2 morning work outs and do my normal Sunday work out since that is my day off and it's my "ME" day unless other plans come into play. And once a month I am doing a spa Sunday for myself and get my muscles massaged and just relaxing.
Anyone who is on Weight Watchers you have to know that this really does work....I have some family members on it and it seems to be working for them...Keep it up!! I am cheering for you as you are cheering for me!! GOOO TEAM!!! :)
