Happy Birthday dad!!...I certainly hope my dad had a wonderful birthday because I sure did have a wonderful time pigging out today and tonight!!...I swear if I eat another thing I am going to just combust!!....Ugh!!
Today was a very challenging day. Not only because it was my dad's birthday but when I get around my family we sure do love to eat. I guess you can say we appreciate good food, Lord knows I do! Tomorrow is my dad's birthday bash with family and friends and lots of food. I thought tomorrow would be my cheat day but I guess today was my cheat day as well. I love having my aunties here it's so much fun just hanging out and laughing our asses off. Now I have to figure out when will be my next work out day. I'm thinking maybe Monday night will be a good night for me to do some serious cardio and burn off this junk I've been ingesting. But I am looking forward to tomorrows festivities and being with family and friends.
