Wow!!...It's been since August since I've posted on here!! Well, I'm back to my blog here...I joined Weight Watchers tonight and I attended my 1st meeting and I really like my leader and I will continue to go these meetings because I see the support that people give and get from one another. It was a great feeling and this is my wake up call to live a healthier lifestyle and still can the foods that I want but in "M O D E R A T I O N" not..."ALL AT ONCE" I do believe if Jennifer Hudson can get from a size 14 down to a 6...well, then I seriously BELIEVE!!...You Go Girl!!...And that's what my dad told me on Christmas day too!!...Thanks dad!!...Not only do I have the support that I need at the meetings but I have the support from my mom and family because they have all done Weight Watchers. I started working out last week so I think I'm on my way to success!! :) I feel that things are now going to change in my life because I'm making the right step into that motivation direction. I have to keep myself motivated to see the change that I want. So, say this with me..."I Believe!"
